Announcing Priority Support

We now offer priority support including an SLA and a guaranteed response time for support requests!

A few weeks back, when we announced our service status page, we also discussed how we continually iterate on the reliability and quality of our service by investing in our infrastructure and processes.

Now, we’re able to offer a Service Level Agreement with 99.9% uptime guarantee for Priority Support customers. Service credits are available in the event we aren’t able to meet that guarantee.

Priority Support plans also include a one business day response time for support requests.
